My approach is client-led: I'm interested in what you think, dream, do, and in your challenges. This helps me formulate an intervention that will help you heal, grow and connect more in your life - with yourself - and with others. Our work will be guided by your strengths, and I will draw on my creative, counselling, and psychotherapeutic skills in a trauma-informed way. We will collaborate towards growth, supporting you to live your best life.
